Container's outer covering is brittle!

Moisturizer quality is good, but the outer packaging is poor. The brittle covering broke off after first use, rendering the product unsealable.

I used face wash and moisturizer...i am getting acne after using it..so I am little bit confuse that whether I am getting acne cause of face wash and mosituriser or it a normal acne..so now a days I use face wash alternat day..what's ur view on it.
