Completely a money looting business. First, my automatic payment got declined. I did not proceed with the order, still they placed a COD order which demanded extra 40 rupees.

Extremely rude and unreachable customer service. Call, no one picks. WhatsApp just automated bot that keeps on asking your query. Their team never responds back. Instagram, they replied because I started commenting on their post which they later archived. Haha.

The resolution for near to expiry product was to keep it and use it. Whatever product is left, based on it they will give me a coupon code. Whole conversation was illogical. No return policy. The customer service over instagram chat and email was extremely rude. And later warned me that they will block me. I was so so disappointed by the whole experience. I am yet to use the product but I have zero hopes.

It is completely a fraud page. I don't even think of trying them out.

The body wash does not lather at all so it almost feels like you are applying gel on your body. But it does the job of cleaning your body effectively. You have to use a little more as a result of the non-lathering effect so my only feedback would be to create a bigger bottle as you could run out of the body wash quickly.

You don’t need visible foaming (bubbles) to clean these things! It just takes some time to get used to the non foaming texture.
